About Anders Filipsen
Graduated with a master from Rhytmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen, 2010.
Has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, 2003.
Is a member of the Danish artist-fellowship and record-company ILK since 2011.
Has a.o. worked, recorded and played with John Tchicai, Nastio Mosquito, Kresten Osgood, Sine Skibsholt, Natascha Rydwald, Sofia Jernberg, Ane Trolle, Marc Lohr, Rumpistol, Markus Pesonen, Stefan Pasborg, Liudas Mockunas, Maggie Björklund, Søren Kjærgaard, Lennart Ginman and groups such as Travelling Tribes, The Black Nothing, Lydkollektivet NEWCLEAR, New Kids, The Firebirds, Superhands, TEETH, AFT, Kresten Osgood Trio (KO3), Moderne Vrede and The hOpening.
He has played all over Danmark, Scandinavia, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Serbia, Great Brittain, Ireland, Hungary and Estonia. And appeared at venues and festivals such as Roskilde Festival, Copenhagen Jazz Festival, NatJazz in Bergen, Tallin Music Week, Belgrade Jazz Festival, National Danish Concert Hall (DR), National Danish Art Museum, Århus Jazz Festival.
